Pick up & Local Delivery

PICK UP 

Pick up in store option is available (Click & Collect) for free, and the order will normally be ready within 24 hours. We will send you a text message once the order is ready to pick up. Please select 'Pick up' option at the checkout. If you are returning customer, you need to go back to 'information' section during the checkout process. Pick up option may not show up for express checkout*.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We proudly offer local delivery with the following rates if you spend over $50. Please enter your address including postcode at the checkout to see if we could deliver to your area. Local delivery option may not show up for express checkout*. At the moment we can only deliver to a distance of maximum 15km from KK Tennis (475 Malvern Rd, South Yarra, VIC 3141). 

Local Delivery rates are as follow:

 *Pick up and Local delivery option at checkout only works with normal Shopping Cart checkout. Local delivery option at checkout only works with normal Shopping Cart checkout or Shop Pay. If you choose an accelerated checkout method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal) other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, you won't have local delivery as a shipping method. However, you will have the option to ship the package using your shipping rates.

 

We will leave your parcel in a safe place protected from the weather, and text you a photo as proof of delivery. By selecting ‘Local Delivery’ you are granting us Authority to Leave.
